NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, Chapters 25 and 26, respectively the Special Management Area (SMA) Ordinance, and Shoreline Setbacks Ordinance, as amended, for the following application at the date and time specified or soon thereafter.

Written testimony should be received by the close of the public hearing on Monday, February 10, 2025. Testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
