NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Revised Ordinances of Honolulu (ROH) Sections 21-2.40-2, relating to Major Permits, and 21-2.110-2, relating to Planned Development Resort (PDR), and Chapter 25, Special Management Area (SMA), as amended, for the following applications at the date and time specified or soon thereafter.

Written testimony should be received by the close of the public hearing on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
