NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 will hold a public hearing as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Code”), at which it will hear and consider information concerning a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance by the City and County of Honolulu (the “County”) of exempt facility bonds for two qualified residential rental projects pursuant to Section 142(a)(7) of the Code in one or more series issued from time to time (the “Bonds”). The Bonds in the principal amounts shown below will be issued to assist in the financing or refinancing of the acquisition, construction and development of new multifamily residential facilities (the “Projects”).

The hearing will commence at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, and will be held in the 7th Floor Conference Room of the Frank Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Bonds or on the nature and location of the proposed Projects to be financed or refinanced may attend the public hearing or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments.
