Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following items:

“Kalaeloa Blvd – Komohana St. (northern intersection)”

“Makakilo Dr.-Palahi?a St.”

b. By amending Schedule II of Sec. 15-6.2(b) establishing traffic signals on Federal-aid Highway (State) by adding thereto the following items:

“Kamehameha Hwy.-Kanuku St.”

“Kapolei Pkwy.-Kualaka’i Pkwy.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Ho’ili’ili St., from Lakiku St. to its western turnaround area.”

“Hualewa St., for its entire length.”

“Ko’ana St., for its entire length.”

“Komohana St., for its entire length.” (City owned portion)

“Kukila St., for its entire length.”

“Mauele St., for its entire length.”

“Nahele St., for its entire length.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kanuku St., from Kamehameha Hwy. to Li’i Ipo St.; to read:

“Kanuku St., for its entire length”

Pekau St., between Lakiku St. and Pelukua St.; to read:

“Pekau St., from Pelukua St. to its western turnaround area.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“”Ho’ili’ili St., for its entire length (City-owned portion).”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Komohana St., No left turn from Komohana St., into 693 Komohana St., eastern driveway.”

e. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right-of-way by adding thereto the following items:

“Kalaeloa Blvd.-Lauwiliwili St. traffic northbound on Kalaeloa Blvd. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Lauwiliwili St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Lauwiliwili St.”

“Kalaeloa Blvd. – Komohana St. (northern intersection) traffic northbound on Kalaeloa Blvd. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Komohana St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Komohana St.”

“Komohana St. – Kalaeloa Blvd. (northern intersection) traffic westbound on Komohana St. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Kalaeloa Blvd. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Kalaeloa Blvd.”

“Lauwiliwili St.-Kalaeloa Blvd. traffic westbound on Lauwiliwili St. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Kalaeloa Blvd. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Kalaeloa Blvd.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“N. Kuakini St., makai side, distance 118′ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of ?A?ala St.”

i. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-8.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following items:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Farrington Hwy., both sides, between Kapolei Golf Course Rd. and Kamokila Blvd.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Mokuola St., both sides, between Puko and Nalii Sts.; to read:

“Mokuola St., both sides, between Puko and Hikimoe Sts.”

j. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“Ho’ili’ili Pl. from Lakiu St. to its eastern turnaround area, the speed limit shall be 20 miles per hour.”

“Hualewa Pl., for its entire length, the speed limit shall be 20 miles per hour.”

“Kolowaka Dr., eastbound traffic in the northernmost lane must turn left at Fort Weaver Rd.”

“Kolowaka Dr., eastbound traffic in the southernmost lane must turn right at Fort Weaver Rd.”

“Palahi’a St., eastbound traffic in the northern lane must turn left at Makakilo Dr.”

“Palahi’a St., eastbound traffic in the southern lane must turn right at Makakilo Dr.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.

“Ka’aholo St.-Kupuna Lp. (southern intersection) traffic on Ka’aholo St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”
