The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #24-10A from PSH KM LLC for the addition of 140 Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility beds and the conversion of 33 Skilled Nursing Facility beds to 33 Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility beds at 91-1360 Karayan Street, Ewa Beach, HI, at a capital cost of $14,500,000; #24-11A from Tyler Kimura Agency, LLC for the establishment of home health agency services at 1001 Dillingham Boulevard, Suite 317, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $47,595.24. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by
