PUBLIC NOTICE
AMENDMENT TO THE 2023 ACTION PLAN FOR THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
In accordance with the County of Hawaii’s approved Citizen Participation Plan, a non-substantial amendment to the County’s Action Plan requires the quarterly publication of a public notice to notify citizens of any amendments made to its Annual Action Plans.
The County of Hawaii’s Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has processed the following non-substantial amendment from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024:
AMENDMENT TO THE 2023 ACTION PLAN
2023 West Hawaii Domestic Abuse Shelter Phase 2 Improvements
On August 19, 2024, the OHCD transferred $43,900.00 of CDBG funds from the 2023 Hale Ohana Domestic Abuse Shelter Phase 2 Improvements and from unobligated 2023 CDBG funds to the 2023 West Hawaii Domestic Abuse Shelter Phase 2 Improvements to award the construction contract for cesspool closure and conversion to a septic wastewater system.
