Pursuant to Section 11-103, Hawai’i Revised Statues, I, Jade K. Fountain-Tanigawa, County Clerk, County of Kaua’i, do hereby proclaim that the initial mailing of ballots for the 2024 General Election will be on October 15, 2024.
