Chief Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Exempt, Non-Civil Service, Full-Time, Temporary Appointment. The primary purpose of this position is responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and coordination of all aspects of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Unit which includes services provided by 1) Occupational Therapy Program, 2) Recreational Therapy Program, and 3) Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Services Program as well as contracted services (i.e., Spiritual Care). EDUCATION: A doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or 1) A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. 2) A Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy from an accredited university is preferred. EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience in behavioral intervention and rehabilitation program development and implementation. Progressively responsible professional experience in a mental health program related to the formulation and implementation of treatment and discharge planning, and rehabilitation programming. LICENSE: This position must be licensed in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statues licensing requirements for the discipline.
