NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Revised Ordinances of Honolulu Chapter 21, as amended, for the following application at the date and time specified or soon thereafter:

REQUEST: INTERIM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT – TRANSIT PERMIT to allow the development of a mixed-use development (Project), consisting of a 43-story, 400-foot-tall tower, which includes 499 market-rate dwelling units and 132 affordable rental dwelling units with a nine- story parking podium at the base of the tower. The parking podium will include ground-floor commercial uses, a residential lobby, a porte-cochère, and approximately 764 parking spaces. The proposed Project is within the BMX-3 Community Business Mixed- Use District, and is less than one-half mile from the proposed Kalia (Ala Moana) transit station.

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be emailed to, faxed to (808) 768-6743, or mailed to 650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Written testimony must be received by the close of the public hearing on Friday, July 26, 2024. Testimony received by the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
