YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your successorship interest to Residential Lease No. 2140, Lot No. 27, Kewalo, Oahu, Hawaii, in violation of § 209 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your alleged failure to repay Contract of Loan No. 17391, for Residential Lease No. 8543, Lot No. 253, situate, Princess Kahanu Estates, Oahu, Hawaii, in violation of §§ 215 and 216 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Hale Pono’i, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawai’i, or via interactive conference technology – Zoom (Pursuant to HRS § 91-9(c)), on Tuesday, July 16 at 1:30 p.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease interest may be recommended for cancellation.
You may retain counsel to represent you or appear on your behalf or obtain representation pursuant to
§91-9, HRS and §10-5-4, HAR
