Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services for the proposed adoption of City Administrative Rules Chapter 2, Transit Construction Mitigation Fund Program.
The purpose of the public hearing is to establish administrative rules pertaining to the eligibility and administration of the Transit Construction Mitigation Fund Program in accordance with Ordinance 24-1 related to the Fund.

TIME: 10:00 a.m.
PLACE: In-Person and Remote Meeting at Mission Memorial Auditorium, 550 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
Availability of Proposed Rules
The proposed rules are available for review online at www.honolulu.gov/budget/rules, or at the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, 530 South King Street,
oom 208, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For assistance, please call the Department at (808)768-3901.
Public Testimony
Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be emailed to bfsmail@honolulu.gov, faxed to (808)768-3179, or mailed to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, 530 South King Street, Room 208, Honolulu, HI 96813. Testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request. Written testimony must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the date of the hearing.
