REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is seeking proposals from housing service providers to lease and operate a City-owned property to provide housing for persons with special needs. The location of the property is 1531 D&E Kewalo Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i, TMK: (1) 2-4-021:043-0001 and -0002.

Applications must be submitted to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division at Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawai’i by the date and time as stated in the RFP packet, as amended.
