YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Taxation Board of Review will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91 and 232 on the Notice of Appeal dated September 29, 2021, submitted by you, for ANGELINA GALIZA, appealing the assessment of general excise tax for the tax years ending from December 31, 2011 to December 31, 2020. For MAILE LEI REALTORS LLC, appealing the assessment of general excise tax for the tax year ending December 31, 2009. The statutes involved are HRS §§237-9.3, 237-38, 237-13(9), 231-39(b)(1), 231-39(b)(2)(A), 237-8.6, 237-8.6(g), 232-7(d), and 91-10(5).

The HEARING will be conducted on May 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. virtually, either by ZOOM or by teleconference.
