Pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes § 91-3(g), the City and County of Honolulu Department of Budget and Fiscal Services hereby provides public notice that it is repealing City Administrative Rules, Title 03 Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Subtitle 4 Purchasing, Chapter 60 Award of a Beach Services Concession to a Registered Non-Profit Beachboy Association (“Chapter 60”), in its entirety, effective June 12, 2024. Chapter 60 may be reviewed in-person
