NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Enterprise Services,
through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing
Division, is soliciting bids for the following:

Description of concession: Commercial food and beverage
retail space within the Ewa Villages Golf Course Club House,
located at 91-1760 Park Row, Ewa Beach, Hawaii 96706, Tax
Map Key 9-1-017—083.

Solicitation Title: Management and Operation of Food and
Beverage Concession at Ewa Villages Golf Course under a
Concession Agreement.

Length of Agreement: Ten (10) years starting from the Official
Commencement Date.
