CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARINGS BY THE HAWAI‘I COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

The Hawai‘i Community Development Authority
(“HCDA”), a body corporate and a public
instrumentality of the State of Hawai‘i, is hereby
cancelling the Notice of Public Hearings that
was published on Friday, January 5, 2024.
The hearings regarding the amendment and
compilation of HAR Chapter 15-215 relating to
the Kalaeloa Community Development District
Plan and rules, originally scheduled for February
7, 2024 at 9:30 am. and March 6,2024 at
9:00 a.m., are hereby cancelled.
