NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE
CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, pursuant to Section 13-5-40, Hawaii Administrative Rules, will hold a public hearing on:

Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 5:30 pm
Kaaawa Elementary School Cafeteria
51-296 Kamehameha Highway
Kaaawa, Oahu

to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3943 for the Kamehameha Highway at Kaaawa Erosion Mitigation Project located in Kaaawa, Oahu, Tax Map Key: (1) 5-1-002:seaward of 025. A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ (OCCL) website, dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications. Hard copies are also available for review at the OCCL’s office (1151 Punchbowl Street, Rm. 131) and at the Kaneohe public library.
