The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Land Management, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is soliciting proposals for the following:
Description of real property: Approximately 16,878 sq. ft. of commercial space within the Chinatown Gateway Plaza, located at 1041 Nuuanu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96817.
Solicitation Title: Operation and Management for Commercial Spaces under a Master Lease Agreement for a Community Cultural and Arts Center.
Length of lease: Ten (10) years, with up to three (3) options to extend the term by five (5) years, not to exceed twenty-five (25) years total.
Amount and type of government funds, if any, available for the project: None.
Description of any special requirements of unique features: Please see the Specific Lease Information identified in Section A of the Lease Agreement contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Solicitation No. RFP-DLM- 1767813.
