Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism; Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), will hold a virtual public hearing on November 21, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. to create a new chapter, Chapter 15-309, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR), and named the "Dwelling Unit Revolving Fund Equity Pilot Program". The proposed new Chapter 15-309, HAR, will implement the provisions of Act 92, Session Laws of Hawaii 2023, by establishing a five-year dwelling unit revolving fund equity pilot program to lower the cost of specified units in for-sale housing development projects for Hawaii residents.
