Notice of Funding Availability
EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS PROGRAM
On October 17, 2022, the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through its Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser to solicit applications from qualified non-profit agencies for the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) program Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. The City is issuing another solicitation for the following program:
EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM, authorized by the Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act (HEARTH) of 2009 (42 U.S.C. 11302). Approximately $169,215.19 in funding for Fiscal Year 2024 is anticipated to be available for homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing activities, which help persons who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness.
Interested agencies may download the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) packet at https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands/opportunities under “Bidding Opportunities”.
Applications must be submitted to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division at Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawaii by the date and time as stated in the NOFA packet.
