Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Mooiki St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Paopua Lp., for its entire length.”

“Puohala St., for its entire length.”

“Waihona St., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Kuala St., No “U” turn from Kuala St., at the median break located approximately 390′ west of Kaakepa St. in both directions.”

d. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right-of-way by adding thereto the following item:

“Farrington Hwy-Waipio Point Access Rd. Traffic northeast bound on Farrington Hwy. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Waipio Point Access Rd. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Waipio Point Access Rd.”

e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Awalai St. shall stop before entering Waipio Point Access Rd.”

“Keana Rd. shall stop before entering Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

“Kumuao St. shall stop before entering Hiapo St.”

“Kuuala St. (south bound) shall stop before entering Kuuala St.”

“Kuuala St. (east bound) shall stop before entering Kuupua St.”

“Pulama Rd. shall stop before entering Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Waipio Point Access Rd. (easternmost intersection.) shall stop before entering Farrington Hwy.”

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Liliha St., Koko Head side, distance 410′ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Halapia Pl., Tuesday and Fridays until refuse is picked up.”

“Lihiha St., Ewa side, distance 360′ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Ekekela Pl., Tuesday and Fridays until refuse is picked up”

“Hiapo St., northern side, between Managers Dr. and Kumuao St.”

“Hiapo St., southern side, distance 87′ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Managers Dr.”

“Waipio Point Access Rd., eastern side, distance 155′ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Farrington Hwy. (easternmost intersection.).”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Haiku Rd., Kahuku side, distance 505′ mauka direction commencing from the mauka curb prolongation of Emepela Pl., during hrs. 3:30 pm to 6 pm, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; to read:

“Haiku Rd., northern side, distance 505′ western direction commencing from the western curb prolongation of Emepela Pl., during the hrs. 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, except Saturdays, Sundays, and State Holidays, and excluding the portion covered under Schedule 25.”

g. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by adding thereto the following items:

“Haiku Rd., northern side, distance 90′ westerly direction from a point 60′ west of the western curb prolongation of Emepela Pl.”

“Waipio Point Access Rd., eastern side, distance 530′ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of the driveway to Waipahu High School.”

h. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by adding in following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Victoria St., Koko Head side, between S. King St. and Young St. and between S. Beretania St. to Kinau St., 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturdays, except for Sundays and State Holidays. “

“Victoria St., Koko Head side, between Young St. and Beretania St., 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Saturdays, except Sundays and State Holidays.”

“Victoria St., both sides, between Kinau St. and its terminus (H-1 Freeway Makai end), 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturdays, except for Sundays and State Holidays.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Victoria St., 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, both sides, between S. King St. and its terminus (H-1 Freeway makai end); to read:

“Victoria St., Ewa side, between S. King St., to Kinau St., 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Fridays and 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays, except Sundays and State Holidays.”

i. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing marked crosswalk (mid-block) by adding thereto the following item:

“Waipio Point Access Rd., 10′ wide, 110′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Farrington Hwy. (easternmost intersection).”
