The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on June 7, 2023, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the votes indicated:

Bill 4 (2023), CD1 – Relating to the adoption of the Hawai’i State Energy Code.
