The City and County of Honolulu intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program to provide no cost services for the public including health screenings, dental care, optometry, and behavioral health services for a period of eight days. The proposed assistance will take place in July 2024.

Entities or private individuals who have questions or wish to voice opposition to military assistance to this project may contact the Department of Emergency Management at 808-723-8960 or by email at dem@honolulu.gov no later than 30 days after the second publication of this notice. Failure to file comments within the timeframe noted will be considered an effective waiver of objections to military assistance to this project.
