PUBLIC AUCTION OF ABANDONED &
UNCLAIMED VESSEL

Notice is hereby given that the following vessel, after being towed as abandoned and left unclaimed pursuant to Chapter 200-41, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will be either sold by auction as is, disposed of, sold as junk, or will be donated to a governmental agency at the scheduled hour of auction. There will be a minimum bid of Fifty dollars ($50.00). A vessel is unknown make and size in White, and a vessel is approximately 19′ Glass-Pro (Plas-Tech) no trailer and may be inspected within 5 calendar days prior to the day of auction by appointment with the tow company, STM EQUIPMENT RENTALS, LLC, the telephone number is (808) 664-0077. Both vessel will be sold as is and where is by online internet bidding using the City’s Vendor Self Service system (VSS). Online bidding will begin on May 4, 2023 at 8:00 am. The Auction will open and closing at 10 am.
