NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE
CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to the Hawai’i Administrative Rules §13-5-40, will hold a public hearing in Waimanalo, City & County of Honolulu, to receive testimony on the proposed improvements to Sea Life Park located at 41-202 Kalaniana’ole Hwy, O’ahu, Tax Map Key: (1) 4-1-014:004 on:

Any person may testify or present information on the proposal.
