NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE WITHIN THE
CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, pursuant to Section 13-5-40, Hawaii Administrative Rules, will hold a public hearing on:

to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3913 for the Diamond Head Breakwater Safety Project located in Kaalawai, Honolulu, Tax Map Key: (1) 3-1-041:seaward of 005. A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ website, dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications.
