650 South King Street, and are available to the public for inspection during office hours, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony must be received by the close of the public hearing on Monday, April 3, 2023.
