COUNTY OF HAWAII’S
VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETINGS FOR THE
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION PROGRAM
The Hawaii County Council through Ordinance 22-77 appropriates at least
$5 million annually to the Affordable Housing Production (AHP) Program. The purpose of the AHP program is to support, increase and sustain affordable housing production in the County of Hawaii.
The County of Hawaii’s Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) will begin its solicitation for the AHP program. As required by the AHP Administrative Rules, the OHCD will hold two virtual public meetings on the following dates:
March 17, 2023, at 9:00am to 11:00am

These public meetings are to hear the views, comments, and concerns from the community regarding Affordable Housing needs in the County of Hawaii. The OHCD encourages its citizens to participate in the public meetings and share their comments and views.
Persons requiring special needs may call the OHCD at V/TT 808-961-8379 at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the hearings so arrangements may be made to accommodate them.
