PUBLIC AUCTION OF ABANDONED &
UNCLAIMED VEHICLES

Notice is hereby given that the following listed vehicles, after being towed and unclaimed pursuant to Chapter 290-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and/or pursuant to Section 15-13.10, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, will be either sold by auction as is, disposed of, sold as junk, or will be donated to a governmental agency at the scheduled hour of auction. There will be a minimum bid of Fifty dollars ($50.00) for each vehicle sold at auction. Vehicles may be inspected within 5 calendar days prior to the day of auction by appointment with the tow company. The auction for the law enforcement towed vehicles will be conducted on February 8, 2023 at 10:00 am. The vehicles that were towed abandoned will be auctioned on February 9, 2023 at 10:00 am. Both auctions will be conducted at 96-1268 Waihona Street, Pearl City, HI. The buyer shall pay all towing, storage, and any other expenses incurred at the close of the bid of said vehicle. Failure to pay all expenses will be cause for disqualification. Payment, in the exact amount, shall be by cash, money order, or cashier’s check from a local bank, credit union or financial institution, made payable to CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU and preprinted by the issuing institution. Transfer of ownership or transfer of ownership with storage of vehicle must be recorded within thirty (30) days of auction or a penalty transfer fee of ($60.00) Sixty dollars shall be charged.
