PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu, under the provisions of Section 6-1517 of the Charter of the City and County of Honolulu, and Sections 4-2(1) and (2) of the Department of Planning and Permitting Rules of Practice and Procedure, for the following application at the date and time specified or as soon thereafter as those interested may be heard:

Request : A reconsideration of Zoning Variance No. 2021/VAR-4 to allow the construction of an addition to the existing mausoleum and columbarium to exceed the maximum height limit of 25 feet by 7.5 feet (for a total height of 32.5 feet) and to exceed the maximum building area of five percent by six percent (for a total of 11 percent building area).
