REQUEST FOR GRANT PROPOSALS
The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is seeking proposals from nonprofit and public agencies to make use of funds from the City’s Affordable Housing Fund (“AHF”).
Proposed projects must make use of AHF funds to maintain, provide, and/or expand affordable rental housing for households earning sixty percent (60%) or below of the area median income for the City and County of Honolulu as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Interested agencies may find the Request for Grant Proposals (“RGP”) at the following website by clicking on “Bidding Opportunities” at https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands.
Applications must be submitted to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division at Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813 by the date and time stated in the RGP packet, as may be amended.
