The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on November 2, 2022 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 22-31 [Bill 32 (2022), CD2] – Relating to open data requirements.
AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters – 9.
Ordinance 22-32 [Bill 51 (2022), CD1] – Relating to building permit applications.
AYES: Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters – 8.
ABSENT: Cordero – 1.
The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on November 2, 2022 and was returned November 22, 2022 without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 22-33 [Bill 44 (2022), CD1] – Relating to the Oahu Historic Preservation Commission.
AYES: Cordero, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tsuneyoshi, Tulba, Tupola, Waters – 9.
