Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #22-19A from Stat Mobile Diagnostic Imaging Group LLC for the establishment of mobile X-ray services at 1150 South King Street, Suite 901-A, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $171,628.85; #22-20A from Shalom Hospice of Hawaii LLC for the establishment of hospice services at 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $645,400. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
