Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #22-10A from Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, for the relocation of oncology services and the deletion of 67 Medical/Surgical beds at 3288 Moanalua Road, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $5,520,973; #22-15A from Hale Ola Kino by Arcadia, for the acquisition of the 32 bed Skilled Nursing Facility/I ntermediate Care Facility located at 1314 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $250,000. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
