The Agency has received certificate of need application #21-29 for standard review from Kauai Home Care LLC for the establishment of home health agency services at 4-831 Kuhio Hwy, Unit 372-A, Kapaa, HI, at capital cost of $66,000. The Kauai County Subarea Health Planning Council review of the application will be held via video-teleconference on:

In the event the Agency is only able to re-establish an audio connection, the meeting will continue as audio-only. If the connection cannot be restored within 30-minutes, the meeting will be terminated, and the Agency will reschedule the meeting to a different day and time to be posted on the Agency’s website https://health.hawaii.gov/shpda/.
