NOTICE TO THOSE PARTICIPATING IN THE REAL PROPERTY TAX
RESIDENTIAL USE DEDICATION PROGRAM OF
THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU
NOTICE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY DEDICATED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE – Revised Ordinances of Honolulu (ROH) Section 8-7.5. The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Real Property Assessment Division (RPAD) mailed audit letters on July 11, 2022 to owners of record of properties dedicated for residential use.
To retain the dedication in accordance with ROH Sec. 8-7.5, including the residential classification and assessment of the property at its value in residential use, the property owner must complete, sign, and submit a certification and attach all applicable documents by September 1, 2022 via email at rpapto@honolulu.gov or by mail or in person at either RPAD office.
