Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #22-06A from Ohana Endoscopy Clinic, L.L.C. for the establishment of an outpatient surgery center limited to endoscopic procedures at 590 Farrington Highway, Space 170, Kapolei, HI, at a capital cost of $2,492,004; #22-09A from The Queen’s Medical Center for the expansion of Computed Tomography (CT) services and the establishment of radiation therapy services at 91-2141 Fort Weaver Road, Ewa Beach, HI, at a capital cost of $11,905,660. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
