Corinne L. Turnage of Hephzibah, Georgia filed a petition for probate thereof and issuance of Letters to the Chief Clerk of the Fifth Circuit Court as Personal Representative.
Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 1:00 P.M., in the courtroom of the Presiding Judge, in Probate, in the Judiciary Building in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, is appointed the time and place for all interested persons having objection to said petition or to the granting of the requested statutory allowances and exempt property.
Any interested person desiring further notice, including notice of the closing and distribution of the estate, must file a demand for notice with the Court under Section 3-204 of the Uniform Probate Code.
All creditors of the above estate are hereby notified to present their claims as provided in Section 3-804 of the Uniform Probate Code with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, within four (4) months after July 27, 2022, which is the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
