NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Special Management Area Ordinance, Chapter 25, R.O.H., as amended, for the following applications at the date and time specified or soon thereafter.

Special Management Area (SMA) Use Permit to demolish seven existing dwellings, redevelop six single-family dwellings, and construct six single-family dwellings for a total of 12 dwelling units in Kahala within the SMA and R-5 Residential District

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be emailed to, faxed to 808-768-6743, or mailed to 650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Written testimony must be received by the close of the public hearing on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Testimony to the Department prior to the hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
