Certificate of Need
The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application: #22-04A for administrative review from Wahiawa General Hospital for the addition of 45 Medical/Surgical beds and the deletion of 43 Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility beds, at a capital cost of $195,000. In the event the Agency is only able to re-establish an audio connection, the meeting will continue as audio-only. To connect via audio-only, refer to the information for Phone Access above. If the connection cannot be restored within 30-minutes, the meeting will be terminated, and the Agency will reschedule the meeting to a different day and time to be posted on the Agency’s website https://health.hawaii.gov/shpda/.
