NOTICE
The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on June 1, 2022 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 22-10 [Bill 62 (2020), CD1] – Relating to recycling.
AYES: Cordero, Fukunaga, Kia’aina, Say, Tulba, Waters – 6.
NOES: Elefante, Tsuneyoshi, Tupola – 3.
Ordinance 22-11 [Bill 16 (2022)] – Authorizing the issuance and sale of General Obligation Bonds and Bond Anticipation Notes of the City and County of Honolulu in a maximum principal amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts appropriated in the Capital Budget Ordinance of said City and County for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023, and specified in said Ordinance to be financed from the proceeds of the sale of such bonds and to be expended from the General Improvement Bond Fund, the Highway Improvement Bond Fund, Solid Waste Improvement Bond Fund, or the Housing Development Special Fund.

Ordinance 22-12 [Bill 13 (2022)] – Relating to the Legislative Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

Ordinance 22-13 [Bill 14 (2022), CD2, FD1] – Relating to the Executive Operating Budget and Program for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
