REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to lease City-owned property to provide housing for persons with special needs. The location of the property is 682 North Kuakini Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i, TMK: (1) 1-7-040-041.

Interested agencies may download RFP-DCS-1624905 online at https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands under “Bidding Opportunities.”

Applications must be submitted to the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division at Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawai’i by the date and time as stated in the RFP packet, as amended.
