NOTICE TO OFFERORS
SEALED PROPOSAL FOR:
Providing food service management services for Wai’alae Elementary Public Charter School’s participation in the United States Department of Agriculture’s School Nutrition Programs will be received at Wai’alae Elementary Public Charter School, 1045 19th Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816.
Sealed proposals will be received up to 3:00pm, H.S.T. on May 20, 2022. Proposals received after this established date and time shall not be considered. Proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Food Service Management Proposal, #2022-0001."
A pre-proposal meeting with Food Service Management Company (FSMC) vendors is scheduled for April 18, 2022 at 2:00pm to explain and clarify any questions regarding this proposal. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
To be an eligible offeror, the offeror must be incorporated or licensed to do business in the State of Hawaii and must be registered with the Hawaii Child Nutrition Programs (HCNP) of the Hawaii Department of Education.
Description of work: During the term of this Contract, FSMC shall operate Wai’alae Elementary Public Charter School’s (School Food Authority – SFA) Food Service Program in conformance with SFA’s agreement with the HCNP and SFA’s Social Responsibility and Wellness Policy.
Offerors are solely responsible to review the scope and purpose of the proposal to provide the Food Service Program for Wai’alae Elementary Public Charter School.
