NOTICE OF HEARING

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Taxation Board of Review will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91 and 232 on the Notice of Appeal dated October 22, 2021, submitted by you, appealing the assessment of general excise tax for the period from December 31, 2014, to December 31, 2017. The statutes involved are HRS §§ 231-39, 237-8.6, 237-13, and 237-40.
The HEARING will be conducted on March 30, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. virtually either by Microsoft Teams or by teleconference.
You have the right to retain counsel if you so desire. You may appear on your own behalf, or a member of a partnership may represent the partnership, or an officer or authorized employee of a corporation or trust or association may represent the corporation, trust, or association.
