REQUEST PROPOSALS

The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Community Services, through the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services Purchasing Division, is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to lease City-owned property to provide rental housing for households earning sixty percent (60%) or less of the area median income as defined annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The location of the property is 84-788 and 84 788 A through G Farrington Highway, Wai’anae, Hawai’i 96792, TMKs: 8-4-016-008: 0001-0008.

Interested organizations may download Request for Proposals (RFP) RFP-DCS-1602604 at https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands under “Bidding Opportunities.” Proposals will be evaluated based upon the criteria in the RFP.

Applications must be submitted to Honolulu Hale, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services-Purchasing Division, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813 by the date and time identified in the RFP packet, as amended. Questions may be directed to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov.
