NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and opened at 10:00 a.m., on February 28, 2022 in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, Mezzanine Level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, for the furnishing of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies and appurtenances to provide PEST CONTROL SERVICES for a twelve (12) month period beginning March 1, 2022 and ending on February 28, 2023 to Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
Pursuant to Section 7, SUBMISSION OF BID, of the General Instructions to Bidders, copies of bids transmitted directly to OTS, Inc. Purchasing Division via facsimile machine or email shall not be acceptable.
Before any prospective bidder shall be entitled to submit a bid, the bidder must comply with the provisions of Section 103-55, Hawaii Revised Statues, regulating wages, hours and working conditions of employees of Contractors supplying services to governmental agencies. Accordingly, a prospective bidder shall complete and submit a certificate as required by the said Act.
Forms of certification, proposal and specifications may be obtained from said Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, Mezzanine Level, 811 Middle Street, Building C, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. It can also be requested by email, directed to sinae.makanani@thebus.org upon application for Proposal Document No. 2022-08.
