YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-21-0001143 (JMT) for the taking of easements described as Parcels S-6 (TMK: 2-2-011) and S-8 (TMK: 2-2-019), for a public use being: the Pauoa Area Sewer Reconstruction Project for the improvement, repair, and rehabilitation of sewer lines to improve service to the residents of the area and to protect water quality, sanitation, and public health, situate at Kewalo, Pauoa, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid real property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable John M. Tonaki, Fifth Floor, Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, the 8th day of March, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Rozelle A. Agag, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
