Kekauonohi, situated, lying and being on the West side of Government Main Road (Area R) at Wainiha, Halelea, District of Hanalei, Island and County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, being Lot 245 of Wainiha Haui Land (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”), as part of that certain project entitled replacement of Wainiha Stream Bridges, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Project No. HI STP SR560(1), Sta. 119+15.41 to 123+52.13, Wainiha, Hanalei, Island of Kauai, State of Hawaii (hereinafter the “Project”), all by final order of condemnation for purpose of construction, preservation, and protection of a public highway, to wit: replacement of Wainiha Stream Bridges, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Project No. HI STP SR560(1), Sta. 119+15.41 to 123+52.13, Wainiha, Hanalei, island of Kauai, State of Hawaii.
