NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF
IMPOUNDED VESSELS
Notice is given that the following vessels: Item No. 2109, No Name, Reg. No. unknown, a 30′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2120, “MANUKEA”, Doc. No. 504376, a 33′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2129, “ARGO VELA”, Reg. No. HA 8189 D, a 37′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2130 “NUAGE”, Reg. No. HA 5761 E, a 35′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2131, “GYPSY” Reg. No. HA 5544 B, a 35′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2132, “WAYPOINT”, Doc. No. 645154, a 35′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2133, “HALCYONE”, Reg. No. HA 9000 E, a 36′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2134, No Name, Reg. No. unknown, a 30′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2135, “CRYSTAL” Reg. No. HA 2700 B, a 28′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2136, “LILY YORK”, Reg. No. HA 0480 D, a 25′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2137, “MAUI MIST”, Reg. No. HA 1275 F, a 34′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 2138, “VIVACITY”, Reg. No. HA 4594 D, a 32′ fiberglass sailing vessel.
Item No. 2109, 2120, 2129, 2130, 2131, 2132, 2133, 2134, 2135, 2136, 2137, and 2138 have been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.
Vessel Item No. 2109, 2120, 2129, 2130, 2131, 2132, 2133, 2134, 2135, 2136, 2137, and 2138 shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-16, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to January 14, 2022 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with these vessels.
An owner of personal property on or within these impounded vessels may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within these impounded vessels not claimed by January 14, 2022 shall be disposed of as junk. These vessels are under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Trespassing is prohibited.
