AGENDA WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSION COUNTY OF HAWAII NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Windward Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 6-7.5(a) of the Charter of the County of Hawaii and Planning Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure. NOTE: Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawai’i 2021, which amended the Sunshine Law to allow meetings to be remotely conducted online, effective January 1, 2022, Windward Planning Commission meetings will be held online, and the location listed below is open to the public to provide testimony.
